“I rejoiced with those who said to me, ‘Let us go to the house of the Lord.’” (Psalm 122:1)
Sunday is always a very busy day for a pastor. Yet, it’s a day that excites me the most. It’s the day that bring a unified group of believers to the feet of Jesus. However, many times some are not as excited. There’s things that just bring struggles that just don’t bring that same excitement. I spoke with a woman today that shared just that. Her Sundays consist of memories of her husband. A husband that passed a year ago. And so, as she prepares for church her mind is just filled of a man she misses so dearly. Yet, she still came and as she was there those memories may still be there but her rejoice still comes.
